How it works

Tell us the pickup, the destination and the date. Dispatch confirms availability, the crew and the cost in writing before anything is booked.

What to expect

• Available 7 days a week. Office hours Mon–Fri, 7am–7pm.
• 24 hours' notice is ideal. Same-day works when a van is free.
• One family member or caregiver rides free.
• Please bring your own wheelchair. Passengers over 350 lbs by arrangement — call dispatch first.
• Not an emergency service. For emergencies dial 911.
