Lift-equipped vans with four-point securement. Our attendants handle the doorway, the threshold and the curb. Please bring your own wheelchair.
Gurney transport
For passengers who cannot sit up.
Discharges, facility transfers, hospice moves and return trips home. Two-person crews as standard, oxygen friendly. Passengers over 350 lbs by arrangement — call dispatch first so we can confirm equipment and crew.

Common questions
Do you take insurance?
We work with select medical groups and bill them directly. Put your health plan in the request form and dispatch will confirm coverage before you commit to anything. We do not work with Medi-Cal or Medicare at this time. Private pay is always available.
What are your hours?
We transport 7 days a week. Our office is open 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Later evening transports run when they are booked and approved in advance so a crew and vehicle can be assigned.
How much notice do you need?
24 hours is ideal. We also take same-day requests during office hours when a van is free. Evening trips need to be arranged ahead of time.
Can someone ride along?
Yes. One family member or caregiver rides free in every vehicle, and we would rather you came.
Do I need my own wheelchair?
Yes. Please bring your own wheelchair — we don't supply, rent or loan one. Children ride too; the family provides the car seat. Service animals are always welcome.
Is this an ambulance?
No. We are non-emergency transport: no paramedics, no lights and sirens. If the situation is an emergency, call 911 instead.
